Eden Sher is the girl in 'The Middle

There is something wrong in the annual block party: turnout was lighter than usual; hot dogs and buns and do not have no glasses for drinks. Worse, it was forbidden a single family house, and they were forced to exit in the middle of the night, and missed the party that had always attended.

"Are you serious?" Frankie Heck asks his neighbor in the fictional city of Orson in the state of Indiana, "just because I thought they were visiting family only.

"They are now," replies the neighbor.

On cloudy days recently in a farm and Warner Bros., and real estate crisis and crawled its way from the big coastal cities and to the "Middle East", CNN launched a series of network comedy block on Wednesday that includes the Emmy Award-winning "to talk about the family."

"Middle East" depicts the modern family as well. While the fun ensues as well, and Hecks do not live in the palaces in the Los Angeles area. This family in a state of chaos, financial and material resources.

Closely, you will notice the heck home so they look more chaotic than it does on TV. There is stuff everywhere, and not so good things, such as a television tube old-school set with the punches a little screen in this annex for two (!) VHS machines. There are quick-covered dining room table that clearly has not seen a meal since 1999 __ test in school history amid piles of garbage.

Saw the premiere last week's season of "Middle East" the public's second largest comprehensive exhibition so far, despite intense competition from FOX's new "X Factor" and CBS's reliable, "Survivor." More than 9 million viewers tuned in to see the symptoms of Frankie's mom a car salesman (Patricia Heaton), director of the quarry father Mike (Neil Flynn) and their three children: angry young AXL (Charlie McDermott), a book-obsessed Brick (Atticus Shaffer), and stuttering, stumbling child East, Su, Eden Sher portrays 19 years.

"I've always said it to Aden from the first one being on the show to win the Emmy," said earlier this summer Heaton in the last awards show. "I think it's very brave, you know, she gets there, it allows them to mess up her look foolish and fall flat on her face, in the week and __ to wear those braces and straight hair."

Sue Heck embarrassing moments and too many, they are certain to haunt her well in the home for the elderly. So far it is still optimistic cockeyed. Even with the presence of a crew is excellent, can not help but steal the scene almost Sher.

"I do not get embarrassed a little, with, specifically, Patty and praise," said Sher recently told Heaton, after filming the scene. "I do not know why, maybe just because I respect a lot."

Los Angeles-born Sher came first to the attention of Jay Leno, who was so impressed with the responses in the sectors of the man at the top of his street, who invited her to do one solo. Then came the business, the series failed, and finally "the East", which was probably the only thing entertaining the heck out of Sue have is one heck of explosions __ Treasury pulp of the Bastille and the difference bad that make it appropriate that the following letter to stop more critical it is.

"What the heck is preferable that Sue and be worn any time before, was probably pretty uniform," said Sher. "They expect you like (makes squeaking sounds) __ such as square, tubelike like something that says: Crayola" at the top, across the front, with a pointy hat, such as large, and it was not. Allowed me to be very nice, and I got to wear this dress a little pencil, and it was pink, and (feigning sobbing) my shoes and small hearts, and they're so cute! Thus I arrived to keep the shoes. "

Sher is not a normal teenager. The young actress Heaton recently returned from India, where she spent six weeks teaching in a mountain village. "I mean, it's not your son a typical Hollywood," said Heaton.

"After that I spent only two weeks of travel," said Sher. "I trained totally up and down the coast. Whoa! These trains, and men, and that's not like anything in the United States."

Now they return to work, and Sher knows the success of this exhibition can be ephemeral. "Middle East" It was a promotional challenge in today's economy bleak: It's tough era of laughs out of vacant homes and families fleeing from the surrounding Hecks.

"I think that view is trying to say is, ultimately, when push comes to shove, all you have to do is to laugh at yourself," said Sher. "Laugh at everything."
