Mehndi, or henna tattoos, is a Hindu art that forms an intricate design most commonly on the feet and palms of the hand. Most commonly used during Hindu weddings, Mehndi is thought to bring good luck and fortune to the wearer. Not only is Mehndi a beautiful art growing in popularity, the henna used is said to create a “cooling” effect that stimulates the nerve endings.
